BuzzProspect provides B2B lead generation, cold email outreach, and related marketing support services. We help businesses build prospect lists, set up outreach campaigns, and improve deliverability through technical and strategic support.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into legally binding agreements to use our services.
3. Use of Services
You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable regulations, including anti-spam laws (e.g. CAN-SPAM Act, GDPR). You may not use our services to:
Send unsolicited or harmful content
Violate third-party intellectual property
Engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activity
4. Payments
All services are offered on a prepaid basis unless otherwise agreed. Pricing is shared transparently with clients before any work begins. No refunds are offered unless otherwise specified in a written agreement or campaign contract.
5. Data & Confidentiality
Any business information shared with us, including client leads or ICP preferences, is kept confidential and not shared with third parties, unless required by law. We do not sell or misuse your data.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, templates, outreach materials, and tools created by BuzzProspect remain the intellectual property of BuzzProspect LLC unless expressly transferred in writing.
7. Client Responsibilities
Clients must ensure they have proper consent to contact prospects and are responsible for complying with applicable laws when using contact lists or outreach tools we provide.
8. Limitation of Liability
BuzzProspect LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, including missed opportunities or performance outcomes.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if a client breaches these Terms or uses our services in a manner that may damage our reputation or violate any law.
10. Modifications
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming. Any disputes arising shall be handled in the jurisdiction of Sheridan County, Wyoming.
